Congratulations to our new Club CATS Leader - Wyatt Formanek!
Wyatt plays hard on our PeeWee C1 team and supports his teammates, including his twin sister.
Coaches say:
"Wyatt exudes CATS culture. His incredible hustle on the ice is often unmatched. Often physical and the target of other players, Wyatt never ends up in the penalty box for retaliation. If he gets knocked down, he gets up and keeps playing or finds his way to the bench.
Off the ice, Wyatt is one of the most positive kids on our team. He often encourages his teammates and is the first to congratulate them on a great play.
Wyatt also has a dynamic that no other players have - his twin sister plays with him. One game, she had a puck deflect off her stick into our goal and came to the bench extremely upset. Without missing a beat, Wyatt went to his sister, put his arm around her, and said it was ok.
Wyatt is a great teammate, a great brother, and a great person. We are lucky to have his leadership!"
Club CATS recognizes players, parents, and coaches who demonstrate the best of our culture of Character, Accountability, Teamwork, and Sportsmanship.
See someone going above and beyond to help their team or represent the association well? Nominate them here so we can recognize them across the club (and give them a cool gift, too).
