By Webmaster 03/15/2024, 9:00am CDT

Congratulations to our new Club CATS Leader - Brian Clark!

Brian coached the Bantam C team this year, despite no longer having a child in the program, displaying exemplary character and teamwork!

Parents say:
"We are thrilled to nominate Coach Brian Clark for Club CATS. He sets a remarkable example for our young athletes, instilling in them the values of integrity, perseverance, and teamwork, both on and off the ice. He leads by example, fostering an environment of trust, honesty, and accountability among our players. His transparent communication and instructive coaching style has earned him the respect and admiration of players, parents, and fellow coaches alike.

Coach Brian's unwavering dedication to our hockey program is truly commendable. Despite the demands of his own busy schedule, and no longer having a child in the program, he consistently goes above and beyond to support our team, dedicating countless hours to practice, game preparation, and player development. His passion for sport is infectious.

Coach Brian embodies the qualities of character, accountability, and teamwork that are so integral to the spirit of hockey. Thank you, Coach Brian!"

Club CATS Leader - Coach Brendan Ritchie!

By Webmaster 03/04/2024, 8:15pm CST

Congratulations to our new Club CATS Leader - Brendan Ritchie!

Coach Brendan joined Verona Hockey at the end of December and has displayed exemplary character and teamwork ever since!

Parents say:
"Coach Brendan joined the Squirt B team mid season. He was a spark the team needed and is a role model for the skaters. These kids really look up to him. My son gives us a Coach Brendan report weekly: Coach Brendan showed me...Coach Brendan said...and someday I hope my normal shot is as powerful as Coach Brendan's between the legs shot! He always has a big smile on his face. I think he is having a lot of fun. As a parent, that is all we can ask for - a coach who truly loves the game and enjoys sharing their knowledge, skills, and talents with the kids. Verona Youth Hockey is lucky to have Coach Brendan!"
