2015 Spring Dates & Times:
Tuesday & Thursdays; May 12, 14, 19, 21, 26 @ 5:30-6:30pm
11 Monday sessions:(June 22, 29, July 6, 13, 20, 27, Aug 3, 10, 17, 24, 31)
8:15 to 9:45 pm

Grant Ritter Hockey Training is a skill development program held at the Verona Ice Arena on some weekdays, Saturdays and mainly on Sundays starting in late May and ending in late August. The program will include 13 – 1¼ hour ice sessions and 4 dry land training events.
Dry land training will consist of Hockey specific training exercises, conditioning, endurance, and strength exercises. These sessions will be 1 ¼ hours long and will be held prior to 4 of the on-ice sessions.
This camp will be run for the following birth year age groups: 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006.Ice sessions will consist of the following:

Elite Performance Skating: Tuesdays, April 7 - May 12
Elite Performance Puckskills: Thursdays, April 9 - May 14
SUMMER 2015 @ Capitol Ice Arena
Commitment to Excellence Program: Elite 10 Week Program - 2000 Birthyears and Older Youth 8 Week Program - 2001 - 2006 Birthyears
LEAD Hockey - 3 on 3: 6 weeks of 3 on 3 with skill development Tuesday , Wednesday, Thursday, beginning June 23
